Mental Health Advocacy for survivors of CPTSD

Raise The People
I survived. I grew up in Boise Idaho and survived childhood abuse. I then began speaking about the importance of mental health advocacy at 17. At 30 I evolved again and left organized religion. I then met Eva Steinwald who as a real estate broker, said I could do anything I set my mind to. Shortly after, I went through a divorce and almost lost my life to severe allergies and asthma. I went through respiratory therapy and worked out slowly. I can now exercise again without issue. It took about 15 years for me to understand how to heal my body.
