I do field archaeology (dig, sift, catalog) and some lab work with ceramics mainly. My hope is for a system that benefits all equally - with less glass ceilings. Or at least the hope that the general population realizes that, a first step maybe. What I get out of it is the feeling of joy in working for things bigger than myself, and helping bring attention to issues that may go overlooked or unrealized by many.
