I always enjoyed helping others - and I love my local community. I'll even cook for my entire building - all on my own! But one story that stood out was an unexpected life or death moment before 4th of July weekend.
I was about to run errands when I heard there was a man in distress, threatening to jump to his death. In that moment, I intuitively jumped in and I was able to have him safely evacuated - and provide support, comfort and genuine love all the way from 12 stories below. This gentleman is now thriving and I'm so glad I played a pivotal role in all of this - and more importantly, that he's doing better today.
